Arceus is a widely coveted Normal type Legendary Pokémon, number 493 in the Pokédex, and is the last "official" Pokémon as of Generation IV.
To capture it, you should go to the Spend My Credits page and select "Normal Type Map" (it will cost you 10 credits). It is extremely rare, but it will appear eventually.

Even if Arceus has the ability to change its type with plates in the official Pokémon games, it currently can't do so in Pokémon Battle Arena. This can be used to your advantage, if you have a strong Fighting-type Pokémon. However, there is a way to counter this, by teaching the Arceus "Sky Attack".
